Tuuli Lukka is a 2D animator, comic artist, and illustrator based in the UK. Her skills include animation with Toon Boom Harmony & TV Paint, digital drawing and painting with Photoshop & Clip Studio Paint as well as some 3D animation.

Tuuli graduated from Helsinki Metropolia of Applied Sciences with a Bachelor’s Degree in 3D Animation and Visualization. From there she worked briefly in the games industry in Finland but decided to pursue her passion for 2D Animation so she moved to the UK to study for a Master’s Degree at Coventry University in Illustration and Animation. Since then she’s worked with Blue Zoo and Wild Child animating cut out characters for children’s shows.
